Federal Jury Convicts Claremore Man of 4 Counts of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Minor by Force and Threat in Indian Country

TULSA, Okla. – A federal jury today convicted a man for sexually abusing a 13-year-old minor in his Claremore home in 2014 and 2015, announced U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson. Gary Dumont Riggs, 77, was found guilty of four counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a minor by force and threat in Indian County.
