Great Plains Tribes Win Important Legal Fight to Protect Tribal Water and Treaty Resources

The Great Plains Tribal Chairmen’s Association (GPTCA), the Native American Rights Fund (NARF), and the National Congress of American Indians Fund (NCAI Fund) applaud the D.C.
