Chef Freddie Bitsoie Joins NATIFS as Chef-In-Residence

Navajo chef and author Freddie Bitsoie has been named the inaugural chef-in-residence at the Indigenous Food Lab by North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems in Minneapolis.
