Bartlesville Man Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison for Discharging a Firearm at a Man who Was Fleeing from Him

TULSA, Okla. – A Bartlesville man who shot a firearm at a victim during a crime of violence was sentenced in federal court Wednesday, announced U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson. U.S. District Judge Claire V. Eagan sentenced David Edward Sayre, II, 29, to 120 months in federal prison followed by 5 years of supervised release.
