Third defendant arraigned for Shiprock assault

Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, announced that Raynorma Rae Billy was arraigned on July 20 on an indictment charging her with conspiracy to commit assault with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon with the intent to do bodily harm.
