Drunk driver sentenced to five years and 10 months in prison for involuntary manslaughter in Indian Country

Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, announced that on Oct. 5, Anthony Faustine, 42, of Acoma, New Mexico, and an enrolled member of the Pueblo of Acoma, was sentenced on to five years and 10 months in prison for involuntary manslaughter in Indian Country.
