Tulsa Man Sentenced to 10 Years in Federal Prison for his Role in the Shooting of a Man on a Bicycle

Johnson. Chief U.S. District Judge John F. Heil III sentenced Jacob Bruce Banks, 22, to 10 years in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release. Banks previously pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact to first degree murder in Indian Country.
